“I have a GE Monogram ZE2160SF05 model. It is not working and can't get another one. What similar (size/power) model microwave and trim kit do you recommend for replacement? My cabinet cut out dimensions are 16.75 inches x 25.5 inches.”

Hello. We appreciate you reaching out – while we hate to hear your current GE Monogram model isn’t working, we truly appreciate your loyalty to our brand. After reviewing our system, we see your current model has dimensions of 14 in H x 24 in W x 19 1/2 in D, and the trim kits were for 27” and 30” wide. We do have a built-in capable Monogram unit under model # ZEB1227SLSS that may work; its capacity is 2.2 cu. ft., it has 1100 watts of power, and it has similar dimensions as your last model (13 5/8 in H x 24 1/2 in W x 19 3/4 in D). It is compatible with two trim kits: ZX2127SLSS for 27” and ZX2130SLSS for 30”. A GE model like PEB9159SJSS with 1.5 cu. ft. and 1000 watts (with dimensions of 13 in H x 21 3/4 in W x 20 in D, and trim kits JX9152SJSS for 27” and JX9153SJSS for 30”) may also work. We hope this is helpful, but if you need assistance in determining whether it will fit your cabinet cut out, please clarify all three measurements (the height, width and depth of the cabinet opening), as well as which measurement is which; we would be happy to check that the new model would work, and we’re available here or over social media.
