Hello Steve - We are sorry to hear about the trouble with your oven. It would be our pleasure to help. Precision Cooking is a term often used for a feature on some of our cook tops or Advantium wall ovens. Model PKD7000BNTS does not offer this feature. To access the Settings menu, there should be a small gear symbol in the top right corner of the control screen. If this option is not present, please call 1-800-432-2737 for service.
