A:AnswerMy oven has an air-fry option which I have not used yet and probably won't because I like my portable air fryer. However, the You Tube fellow showing the same oven on a stove said he felt the air fryer was just like using the convection oven because of the fan circulation. The difference for me is that the portable air fryer requires very little time to pre-heat and cooks really fast. My new oven takes 15 minutes of electricity to pre-heat.
