Hi - good news! This product comes equipped with a simple installation feature that limits maximum CFM levels in order to comply with certain local codes or regulations. By design, the maximum blower speed is greater than 400 CFM. For local codes requiring reduced CFM, the unit can be modified to Max 390 CFM Boost.
