“It says change filter, where can I find a new one and the info how to change it”

• Thanks for your question! We're sorry that information on how to change your water filter and what filter you need has been harder to find than we anticipated. Your refrigerator needs the XWFE filter. • You can order one through the SmartHQ app. It will also show you how to change it. It also shows you how in the instruction manual that came with the fridge. You can download a copy from the app also.
