A:AnswerHow did you hook up to your water supply? R.O. water, self-piercing water tap under sink? If R.O. you may be using the water filter in the fridge and lowering the water pressure so much it is barely flowing. Install a water plug instead of the filter, available where you bought the fridge or from GE directly and your pressure will increase to full R.O. line pressure fixing flow problems to the dispenser and ice maker. If you used a self-piercing water pipe tap you must remember to back off the screw that pierced the pipe hole to allow water to flow into the water line to the fridge.
A:AnswerUse the included or online manual. It walks you through the Wi-Fi set-up procedure. The WiFi is, however, extremely limited on this GE. It is not like a Samsung or LG that can connect with the company to diagnose problems. However, GE is so much better in repair records that calling by old fashioned phone call to GE to set up a service call is about 50 times less likely than those other brands.
A:AnswerHi there,

There are three similar models that are counter depth if you'd like to take a look! Those models are: PYE22KYNFS, PYE22PYNFS, PYD22KYNFS. We hope this helps and that you're staying safe. All the best. -Michael@GEA

A:AnswerNo. Twisting the filter out shuts off the water flow to the holes. You won't get more than a drop or two drip. That's why not using a filter (like for reverse osmosis systems which is already far more filtered) requires a plug to be installed to allow water flow at all. Having said that you should always have a quarter turn quick connect ball valve in your plastic water line from the wall to the fridge - and the line should be long enough to pull the fridge out to access it. I tape the excess (I have about 5ft of line) in a big loop to the back of the fridge with 3" packing tape to keep it away from the wheels. That way you can reach the valve if needed by just rolling the fridge out a foot or two which can be done with 2 people easily on a hard floor. It's on wheels unless someone screwed the feet down.
A:AnswerWhen mine was delivered they removed all doors and drawers to bring it in through my 36 inch front door.
That being said the did not have to remove the front door and storm door to move it in. That may be an option for you.
Meanwhile, most residential exterior doors are 36" or 32". Measure the door slab width.
A 36" doorway may only have a 34" - 35" clearance.
It appears the refrigerator with doors and drawers removed requires a 32 inch clearance, but your should take careful doorway clearance measurements and call the customer service people.
Also, we had a counter depth refrigerator and hated the reduced size of the unit. I would avoid counter depth refrierators if you plan to actually keep a decent amount of food and drinks in it.
