Thanks for trying to answer. The link you posted goes to a silver stainless steel model that is different and does not show an option for the black model. The only place I have seen an advertisement for the black model is Best Buy. I’m guessing the black model is specific to Best Buy and not sold or supported directly by GE anywhere else.

There was an Opal, now this is the Opal 2. Search GE Opal 2 and you'll find the GE website. My understanding is that some other company used to make the Opal and GE bought it from them.
