• Are you using the right app? The old version used the GE Profile Opal app, but this 2.0 version uses the SmartHQ app. The old app does not work for the 2.0 machine.

• Most important Utilize the SmartHQ application for the Opal 2.0 Wifi. Read all directions and follow step by step set up!
