“Hi GE. Our JEM31SF just gave out after 11 years. It had a custom-made shelf that is only 11 5/8" high, 25 1/2" wide, and 12" deep (plus 1" trim). Seems newer models are too tall. Any suggestions?”

Hi smallspace - We certainly appreciate your loyalty! The comparable model PEM31SFSS is 12 1/8" high (24"W x 12 1/8"H x 12 7/8"D). While we do not offer a model with exact dimensions, model JEM3072SHSS is 17 1/4"W x 10 1/8"H x 13"D and GE® JES1072SHSS is 17 5/16"W x 10 3/16"H x 12 3/4"D.
