“We heated up a bowl of soup and the microwave would not turn off. It was very hot to the touch & making a low buzzing sound. We unplugged it for awhile then plugged it in again and still made the low buzzing sound & won't turn off. Purchased 3/21/22”

You can do this by calling 833-426-3393 Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET Saturday – Sunday. We are confident they will be able to help diagnose what is happening with your unit.
