I cannot speak to your specific model number, but I just replaced a 20 year old GE with a new one. The two steel brackets inside the cabinet worked fine. Did not need any new mounting kit. Needed to drill one hole in the bracket where a screw did not line up. I believe GE makes these so the screws are in the same alignment and position on most models.
