• Hello Birdie - this is Nancy at GE Appliances and I am happy to help you. We're sorry to hear that your current microwave requires replacement and hope you received many years of service from it. The JEM31WF01 should be replaced by the PEM31. It is slightly larger than your current model so the new trim kit would need to be purchased. The good news is that both trim kits required similar cabinet cutout dimensions. I hope this helps! Thanks for checking with us!
