The closest replacement for the JEM31SF model is the PEM31SFSS unit and corresponding trim kit. You will need to know the cutout dimensions of the space. Comparing the two models, the cut-out dimensions are very similar and will work as long as your current cutout meets those requirements. Additionally, the new unit will require the trim kit that is made specifically for the PEM31SFSS. These are available in 27" or 30" widths. This can be found in the quick specs on the website searching the model number. The part number for the kit are as follows- 27" Deluxe 26-7/8" 16-1/2" JX827SFSS/ 30" Deluxe 29-7/8" 16-1/2" JX830SFSS.
