I cannot speak to the individual model numbers, but I believe all GE undercounter units are similar size. We replaced a 20 year old one that went bad with one of the only undercounter ones made. We did not need a new installation kit. The brackets from the first worked fine. I did need to drill a new home in one of the brackets as hole for one of the screws on the new unit was 1 inch over.
