• Hi there - Great question! The width of this microwave is 24", and you will need 24 7/8" + or - 1/8" space in width to install it in a cabinet. The width would not change with the door open, but the depth with the door closed is 12.875" and the depth with the door open is 31.875". We hope this helps! -Mikayla@GEA
