Hi Gigi - We are sorry to hear you are unable to use your microwave. We suggest to reset the electronics by unplugging or by turning off power at the circuit breaker for 30 seconds or so. Check to ensure the door is closed firmly. Close it firmly, but do not slam. This confirms the engagement of the door's safety mechanisms. A qualified service technician is required for an accurate diagnosis. Schedule online at GEAppliances.com/service - For safety reasons, we offer no do-it-yourself repair advice on microwave ovens due to an internal high voltage capacitor (can hold a high voltage charge even after it has been unplugged). Special equipment is generally needed to make a diagnosis. The current model is GE Profile™ Series 1.1 Cu. Ft. Countertop Microwave Oven PEM31SFSS. Thanks for reaching out to us! Keep in touch -Sue
