“Hi. We have a GE built-in microwave Model JE2160SF01. We need to replace it but would like to use the existing trim. Can you recommend a current comparable microwave. Our broken one is KW: 1.65 (M/W) and Vac/Hz 120/60. It says it was manufactured in 2004.”

A trim kit consists of the trim frame, as well as an upper, lower, and rear duct that attaches to and encases the microwave inside the cabinet cut-out. It is important to only use the trim kit designed for that model. The comparable model is GE Profile™ Series 2.2 Cu. Ft.
