Hello LK - Thank you for reaching out about this very versatile dishwasher. The top rack is adjustable and allows approximately 7 to 9 inches of clearance depending on the adjustment. Therefore, at the lowest setting for the upper rack, a 9 inch bottle will fit. Feel free to bring your bottle in to the store to test it out! Please let us know if you have any more questions. - John
