Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This only requires a 120V 20A GFCI, the same as normally required for just a washer. It does not require a vent or 240V outlet. Another answer said you should also install a 240V outlet, in case a future homeowner does not want to use a heat pump washer-driver. If you do this, you also would need to install a a vent pipe and if it were me I'd also install a gas pipe for maximum flexibility. The downside is a vent pipe may have maximum distance to an outside wall requirements (or have forever problematic lint buildup), which may restrict where in the house the washer-dryer can be placed. The water and drain needed by this do not have any maximum distance limitations, so there is more flexibility in it's location in the home. If I were designing a new home with this washer-dryer I would design the cabinets differently, like I would make a very sturdy built-in pedestal so things are raised up 12" or so. I've had this exact washer-dryer for 6 months now, and like it a lot.
