“Just purchased this with the 7" riser for install on the 3rd floor. What would be the right washing machine pan dimensions needed for my install? Also, is it worth purchasing an anti-vibration pad? If yes, would it be added in the pan or under the pan?”

Hey there. We’re thrilled you’ve purchased our Combo, and we’re confident it’s going to revolutionize your laundry experience! The Combo is compatible with washer floor tray PM7X2; the dimensions for that are: 29" x 33" interior (31" x 35" exterior) 1.64" deep. The tray may be available through your dealer, or you can contact our parts department about the tray at 1-877-959-8688. Regarding an anti-vibration pan, that shouldn’t be necessary. The unit features Dynamic Balancing Technology to provide an overall reduction in noise and vibration. As long as the unit is properly leveled, we wouldn’t expect any issue with excess vibration. We also have not tested the washer/dryer combo with an anti-vibration pad, and wouldn’t be able to suggest using one. We hope this information is helpful – enjoy your Combo! -Sarah@GEA
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would say any pan that fits. The filter area is pretty small, but a lot of water can be trapped in there. On the ground, I personally have about 1" of clearance. I also have the machine on the floor alone and it does not vibrate.
