However there is a 10 day warranty from Best Buy goes to manufacturer which I read is PlayStation direct for 12 months. The reason it is cheaper. But I had no issue
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The PS5 console came in a flimsy cardboard box with a tiny piece of bubble wrap on top !!! Cant imagine how many times this PS5 must have been thrown around during shipping and nothing to absorb the impacts. Well when the PS5 arrived it was DOA (DEAD ON ARRIVAL) Tried everything possible and could not get anything past a black screen of death Sent it back immediately for a refund I looked at the reviews for buying the refurbished PS5 consoles and they are MANY negatives regarding others that have received their consoles with almost NO cushion to prevent damage to the unit and also the PS5 consoles arriving also DOA
