Ask BB's Geek Squad to do it, and they will. There is a charge for the installation as well as the additional RAM. if you aren't concerned about dual-channel for your RAM, you could just add a 48GB stick to the preexisting 16. But adding RAM is very easy on PCs. Even a newbie can do it. If you're serious about getting to know computing, this is a good place to start.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you want to get 64GB PRIOR to shipping, you would have to order from Geekom directly, and they may or may not offer this unit at the same low base price, though of course you would have to pay the difference between 16 and 64GB. If you order from BB, you would have to pay for the difference between 16 and 64GB, as well as the Geek Squad fee, but you would probably get the 16GB module thrown in, since you are paying for that upfront. You could also buy and install it yourself: these minis are made for easy disassembly, but you would still have to pay for the extra 64GB of RAM (presumably 2x32GB GB modules). Beware that RAM right now is outrageously expensive, and will probably be so for the rest of the year (at least). I did a quick search and found the starting price would be over $370 for 64GB of DDR5.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Both 96 and 128 GB max RAM is quoted, so, let's see: is 64 more ore less than 96 or 128? Sorry, my calculator is broken, so I can't fully answer that question.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We are unable to upgrade the memory to 64GB before shipment. However, the A7 MAX supports dual-channel memory and can be expanded up to 128GB maximum. You may purchase and install the memory yourself.
