Hi ! It's only your night vision that kick in and yes the lights that reflex in the window,is annoying just try to put dark tape for the black camera or white duck tape on your camera,to cover the lights from reflecting in the window,so your camera can see, better in the dark. Take care and stay safe !
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Turn both the IR Night Vison AND Indicator Light OFF thru the camera settings. This will solve your issue as long as there is any outside light source like a porch light for example with these two options OFF the view is actually much better than with them ON. If there is no outside light source this will likely not work for you.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't think it's failed necessarily, it just shouldn't be pointed through a window screen. At least not as close as you had it in the color shot. I doubt it has the ability to focus distant versus nearby objects. You need to move it until you can see on your phone that the yard is visible. I'm not sure what the black and white picture is supposed to be though. Just move it until you get the desired view and maybe don't point it through a screen.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I turned the IR to off. That did it!!
