All our devices are designed to work for 2.4 GHz networks so that it can accommodate for a wider range since the 5 GHz cannot penetrate walls and floors. Since most routers nowadays are dual-band we can ask you Internet Service providers to separate the two networks ( 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) for them to have a different SSID so you can connect your device to 2.4 GHz.
