• GTA 5 with eye candy maxed gets consistently over 90 FPS. This is a surprisingly good gaming rig for sub-$800. However, Cyberpunk 2077 only gets 50-60 FPS on Medium settings. Still plenty playable, but not quite ideal.

• With the 4060 you should be able to run most games on high performance

• I can't tell you how many fps because I don't see It. But I can tell you that I play Starfield with setings in ultra and run perfect with no lag. Let me do the fps test and I'll answer you again.
