Mine did. I had to reach out to Gigabyte and send them a copy of the receipt (my particular unit was already registered to the prior user who returned it). Once I provided that, they updated the owner in their system, and they said the warranty will be effective as of my purchase date. I have similar experiences with Asus and Dell products I’ve bought open box before.
