Yes. It will accept up to 64GB of DDR Ram

Yes to both. Keep in mind the chassis is made by Clevo. Gigabyte, Origin, Sager, etc. use this for their laptop builds. They lack flare, but are rock solid and ready for expansion. For the last decade they allow for both SSD and Ram upgrades. Also to note, 2025 had a refresh upgrade to the chassis.
