No. Only one stream can be casted. But you can use multiple chromecasts to stream one stream to different devices and locations thru house

Yes. You give each device a name when you set it up. You can see them all when you go to connect from aN app.

As long as you use google play music, yes it will do this. This device doesn't work with anything other than google play music -- no amazon, no plex. Seems to be by design -- don't support the competition.
