• Yes it does but you must have a Spotify premium account, does not work with the free version.

• Yes, it does! I cast from my nexus 6P both spotify and Youtube (and Youtube audio).

• Yes perfectly.. As long as you are using a recent version of the app. You can cast from inside the android app (you will see a small notice that says "players are available" and then can choose your chromecast as the player

• It works with the Pandora, TuneIn, and I Heart Radio apps for Android. I assume it works with Spotify as well.
