“I have multi room wifi speaker's like Sonos but a off brand. The app doesn't have Google music. Can I connect 1 of these to a speaker then link it to the others (I can thru app) to play Google music on all at the same time? Or would I need 1 at each one?”

Yes, these support multiroom payback. Also, you can connect this to your speakers Aux input.

Please try again later.If the speaker you are hooking the device to has a 3.5mm jack (aux) and broad cast music from a phone or other device to the other speakers i would think you should be good with one. But by no means am i an expert. i have one crome cast and any speaker including my surround sound system i have hooked it to it has worked flawlessly. I would say give it a shot you could always return it if it does not work as you hope.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I feel like that question belongs with the wifi speaker system you purchased and not AppleTV. You said there is no Google Music app on the AppleTV... so that pretty much ends the part where the AppleTV is a part of the equation, no?
