Yes you can. Just go the web through the google chrome - espn3 and you will see the icon for the chrome cast. Actually I just tried before writing this answer. Good luck.

Now that SU has moved to the ACC, there are a few basketball games that are on ESPN3, and while I can watch them on my tablet, I'd much rather watch them on the 42 inch TV than my 7 inch tablet. If I can use Chromecast to see those games as well as other content, it would be worth the purchase since I do not have a Netflix or Hulu account.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you can. You might have to copy the URL in the game's pop up window and paste it into your browser's address bar. This is because the pop up window doesn't have the Chromecast button, but the main browser does.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Chromecast uses the watchESPN app. I've used it during college football games. But you have to be subscribed through your cable provider to the ESPN network that you want to watch. I was able to watch a game that was airing on regular ESPN elsewhere, but I could not watch a game on ESPN-U because it's not included in my cable package. The app does list ESPN3 as one of the available channels. Hope that helps!
