Did you try to change the tab casting quality to standard? It's under options on the chromecast icon.

Please try again later.Streaming from a laptop or tablet wirelessly to the TV takes a huge amount of snappy bandwidth to send over full res HD at a framerate acceptable enough not to be kind of Netflix-ish. It's just the way it is until the rest of technology catches up to the HD and UltraHD streaming craze. Sorry :-(
