The arrow in the bottom left is an icon, indicating that it counting your cardio minutes, the number of minutes that your heart rate gets above the "normal zone" and not the moderate, vigorous and peak ranges. These ranges vary by your age. Cardio minutes happen when you exercise, as in run, walk, bike, kayak, lift weights, yoga, etc. For me when my heart rates gets above 97 bpm, it begins counting

Your device tracks Active Zone Minutes or active minutes based on the intensity of your activity throughout the day.
