Yes. You can pair Nest Audio Speakers to multiple Bluetooth enabled speakers or headphones, like Polk Mini, using Bluetooth connection. However, it will only connect to the most recently connected device which will either be your Polk Mini or Vizio TV.

And then you could add those specific speakers to a room with the Google home app and go to groups and add them as a group so you can group two speakers together and it can act then like a right and left speaker and play one type of audio and still have the capability out of both to be able to talk to the speaker for whichever reasons you may desire. There is a section under the Google home app where it says something about Bluetooth so you would just turn that Bluetooth portion on and then depending on the Chromecast with Google TV or perhaps the Apple TV you can probably have it look for anything Bluetooth and add that way
