You'll add it to the same home structure. Then you can see both feeds in the app at the same time.

No. You don't need to create another account. You can simply add the Nest Cam Indoor on your existing account and home structure. Check this link for more info: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9293657

You do not have to use another account if you already have it in your Google home household can you just add a device and you should be able to see any and all of your devices.
