Does this camera have cvr ? Not just motion null

Yes but you would have to have a Nest subscription to save the video feed. Otherwise you can only look at it in real-time and capture certain events.

Idk what CVR is but it does show a history of movement but not as good as the cameras on the Nest app. The video quality is very good.
