“Will this work with the Nest App or will I be forced to migrate to Google? Avoiding as much as possible letting Google data mine from my home as possible. How long till Google reports when we come and go from out home with this camera?”

It doesn’t work with the Nest app. The Google app notification are pretty responsive. It’s easy to set up but not nearly as cool as the Nest app. The Google app shows all your cameras but you have to click on them to actually see through them. Ex: bedroom 1, downstairs, front door. Then you click on it to see video. Unlike the Nest app where you open the app and can see all the camera videos without clicking on one.
