No. This floodlight will trigger on movement. There are settings to adjust the sens of the trigger event.

The motion sensor will turn the lights on whenever it detects activity. - Live viewing. Floodlight will turn on automatically whenever you check your camera’s live stream at night. - Camera events. Your floodlight will turn on whenever your camera starts identifying and recording an event, except for motion events detected by the motion sensor. This way, your floodlight will turn on based on the intelligent detection, like people or vehicles, and activity zones you have set for your Nest Cam to record.
