Depending on where you live you wouldn’t want it to turn off completely. It is programmable to your preferences but it has worked well for me to set it to my needs
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The reason it doesn't turn off, instead it turns down is because it still goes through the schedule you have set. I try to maintain a certain temperature to save money and I've seen a decrease in my bill.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That would work depending on the temperature outside. If it’s pretty much the same in the morning and evening I’m sure It wouldn’t run much if at all. However if you have a cold or very hot temp outside you can set the thermostat to eco temps and the system wouldn’t run as much. You don’t want it to turn off completely because if it gets too cold in the house it would waste more energy running the system to warm the house up (vice versa) to a comfortable temp. I hope that makes sense.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can turn it off just as easily with your app from anywhere.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.if you turn it off you can possible damage your equipment or have one off your pipes burst from cold weather, what it does it truns it into eco mode and on Eco mode you have a range of temp you can change it if you want to but mines is 55-75 , i find that a good tem since theres soeone home almost all the time, you can set it up the way it fits you...
