No, at least from what I've been able to determine. The base is the base, and the display is white on black, though it changes color when it's heating (and, I presume, cooling).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The background is black, but turns red when heating and blue when cooling, the background color is not configurable otherwise. However the display sleeps so it is generally all black. You can configure how it wakes, motion, proximity, or manually pressing the unit.
