“Our Nest Thermostst is upstairs however we spend all our daytime on the lower level. The nest continually switches to Eco. Is there a way to prevent this or is there a blue tooth device to recognize movement on a level different from the Nest level?”

You can add times to your schedule to compensate or you can disable the ECO settings.

Please try again later.In this case we recommend disabling the Nest Thermostat's sensors from contributing to Home/Away Assist under Settings > Home/Away Assist > What decides if you're home, and only have it change based on your phones' locations.
