“Will it connect to a Samsung Smart Hub, plus possibly the Samsung ADT Security system? I had the orginal Lowes IRIS Security System, but now considering getting a Samsung Smart Hub since it does work with my RING Video Doorbell.”

• It only works with the nest ecosytem and IFFT.

• I don't think either of these systems talk to Nest Protect - but could be wrong. I went to Nest.com and visually scanned "works with Nest" listing.

• I would say if your alarm has wired connections, the best protect offers a battery and wired version and you should be able to use the wired one in with your existing alarm.
