I suspect this system will REPLACE your router, but not the modem. I'm confused buy the name "Arris WiF 6 modem", as the modem connects your private network to the ISP's network. If that unit also has WiFi 6 support, it likely is a modem AND the gateway for your home network. If that's the case, I don't think you can add any Nest Wifi Pro 6E unit to the configuration.
