Hi there, jeepvwt. While the Google Home app will tell you when the Nest Wifi Pro becomes offline, it shouldn’t do it constantly. Restarting your router can fix common issues like this — here’s how to restart the device:

1. Unplug the power cable from your Wifi device.
2. Wait 10-20 seconds for it to fully power off.
3. Plug the power cable back into your Wifi device.
4. Wait 1 to 2 minutes for it to fully power on.
