• The 4a supports dual SIMs. One must be a physical SIM and the second must be an eSIM. In the dual SIM arrangement, the eSIM will be SIM #2. Hope this helps.

• it has a single sim slot. I dunno if you can have two sim, one with Google Fi I know Pixel phones (later Pixel 3 version) has Dual SIM Dual Standby, look it up on Google Support, basically you can configure a physical sim and a "virtual" sim with another company in the same phone, but it depends if the other company supports it
