• You have 14 days to return a device regardless of your My Best Buy status. If you return you're responsible for notifying the carrier of your return and cancelling any applicable service or you may be slapped with penalties.

• BestBuys return policy is 14 days for cell phones. I do not know how long they will continue to do this promotion. I hope after preorders, but it is not likely.
