Verizon Wireless does not lock their 4G phones: http://www.verizon.com/about/consumer-safety/device-unlocking-policy The Pixel from Verizon Wireless does ship with the bootloader locked though. This just means you can't flash a custom ROM on the phone.

My t-mobile Sim card and it works great. . Even the WiFi and volte are working great. . Best of all I have no Verizon apps or bloatware
