• Nope. Even the Verizon supported wifi service does not apply to this service plan. But you have access to every single Google product including Google Voice and Google Assistant

• Yes. This phone supports every single US carrier, even prepaid carriers. Verizon is just the only carrier allowed by Google to advertise it and sell it.
