From my understanding, unlocked phones should work with any carrier, so I'm assuming that it should work internationally as well.

I guess the only thing you have to check is wherever you are going in Europe do the frequency bands match up to the Pixel 7 bands for data use.

I believe you should be able to. However, if you plan on using your same US carrier that will most likely be additional charges. You would need to get a new SIM card from a carrier in Europe
