I asked Google customer support, and they said the unlocked model number they sell is also GVU6C.

I picked up my Google - Pixel 7 128GB (Unlocked) - Obsidian today and GVU6C is what is printed on the box.

GQML3 has mmWave reception for Verizon customers. GVU6C does not have mmWave reception and is for non-Verizon customers. The unlocked version is GVU6C. If you want GQML3 you'll have to order the phone through Verizon or on the Google website.

Best Buy's model numbers are the correct ones, these will be printed on phone boxes. You're refering to the "FAMILY" model numbers, which are using only internal by engineers and not intended for users.
